The terms governing your use of this website and your engagement of PINK BLING INC.
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of the Site and its informational content. Any real estate agency or brokerage relationship is established only by a separate written agreement — a listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, or comparable document executed by the parties under California law. Visiting this Site or submitting a contact form does not create an agency relationship between you and us.
2. Description of Services
PINK BLING INC operates real estate agents' and brokers' offices providing: buyer's agency (including exclusive buyers' agency); seller's brokerage and listing services; residential and commercial real estate agency and brokerage; buying and selling real estate for others; renting and leasing real estate for others; auctioning real estate for others; and selling time-share condominiums for owners. Site descriptions are summaries only; representation, duties, compensation, and term are defined solely in the applicable written agreement.
3. No Advice or Valuation on This Site
Site content — including market descriptions, neighborhood commentary, and service explanations — is general information, not legal, tax, financial, or appraisal advice, and not a property valuation. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINK BLING INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PINK BLING INC and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued Site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
